General Terms

Restaurant Operations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Management reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Service charges may apply for large groups (8+ people)
• We operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your reservation time
• No-shows may result in future booking restrictions
• Large party bookings (10+ people) require a deposit
• We reserve the right to hold tables for 15 minutes past booking time

Payment Terms

• We accept cash, card payments, and contactless payments
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Split bills are available upon request
• Gratuities are at your discretion
• We reserve the right to request ID for card payments

Steak Night

• Available every Thursday 17:00-21:00
• One offer per person
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Subject to availability of steak items
• Complimentary drink excludes premium spirits and cocktails

Sunday Lunch Special

• Available Sundays only 12:00-18:00
• Two courses: main course and dessert
• Traditional roasts and all trimmings included
• Subject to availability of roast items
• Cannot be combined with other offers

Wing Wednesdays

• Available every Wednesday 17:00-21:00
• 3 or more items: £5 per item (instead of regular menu pricing)
• Traditional and boneless wings available
• Sides include loaded fries, mac and cheese, and more
• Subject to availability

Lunchtime Express

• Available Tuesday-Friday 12:00-15:00
• Any sandwich, salad or wrap - two for £15
• Fries/triple cooked chips and coleslaw £3 add-on
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Subject to availability of lunch items

Fish & Chips Night

• Available every Tuesday 17:00-21:00
• Two fish and chips for £25
• Includes peas, tartar sauce and lemon wedge
• One offer per table
• Subject to availability

Early Bird Menu

• Available Tuesday-Friday 09:00-12:00
• Two items from breakfast and brunch menu plus two drinks for £20
• Steak and eggs not included in offer
• Cannot be combined with other offers

• Available every Saturday 12:00-19:00

Membership Terms

Club Membership

• Membership is completely free to join with no hidden fees or charges
• Members receive 10% discount on their entire bill (food and drink)
• The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions
• Members receive a complimentary drink of their choice during their birthday month
• Membership benefits include priority booking access to tables during peak times and special events
• Members receive exclusive invitations to VIP tasting evenings, chef's table experiences, and member-only events
• Members get early access to seasonal menus, special pricing on event tickets, and member-only deals
• Membership points remain active as long as the member visits at least once every 12 months
• Members must provide their email address or membership number when booking or dining to receive benefits
• We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days notice to members
• Membership can be cancelled at any time by emailing enquiries@therangeatbroadlands.co.uk
• Membership may be revoked for misuse, fraud, or inappropriate behavior without refund
• The 10% discount applies to the member's table, benefiting all guests dining together

• We do not provide storage facilities for personal items
• Any items left behind will be held for 30 days before disposal
• We recommend not leaving valuables unattended

Health & Safety

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions - please inform staff of allergies
• Customers with severe allergies should speak to management before ordering
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation due to shared kitchen facilities
• Emergency procedures are displayed throughout the premises
• First aid assistance is available - please inform staff immediately if required
